Price information: Rates given are per person per night including ¾ gourmet board and all Inclusive Services.
For bookings with breakfast only we apply a reduction of 10,00 per person per night.
For any meal that is missed a 5,00 Euro credit is made out.
Rooms and furnishing can be subject to alterations from ground-plans as indicated online. Rates as indicated apply for a stay of less than 7 days. Children’s discount (when staying in parents’ room): 0 to 2 years: Euro 6,00 per day
3 years: 70 % discount

Double room for single use: You are welcome to book a double room „Hauenstein“ as a single room. In this case we charge € 10,00 per day, for a suite the additional charge will be € 28,00.
Discounts: Extra beds involve a 10% discount. Please also refer to children’s discounts. Please note that discounts cannot be accumulated.
Hotel bill: We appreciate cash or cheque payment. Surely we also accept credit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, EC-card). You can also make a bank transfer to our account (Raiffeisenkasse Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern branch, IBAN-Nr.:

There’s the possibility to pay the night before your departure. This way you avoid waiting times in the morning and depart comfortably.
Pets: Pet owners are kindly requested to ask beforehand for the permission to bring their cats and dogs and to provide a dog basket or blanket. In the interest of all guests, the number of pets staying in the hotel is limited and they are not allowed to enter restaurants and sitting areas, the garden and the wellness centre. The additional charge per day is € 10,00 (no food).
Meals: For any meal that is missed out a 5,00 Euro credit is made out to you.
Rates per person with breakfast: You are welcome to book your holidays at Ritterhof with breakfast only. In this case we apply a discount of 10,00 per person per night.
Room rates: All previous pricelists expire with the publication of our current room rates. An increase of the VAT can involve adapted prices. In the event of prices indicated on your booking record that deviate from the price in the pricelist, the valid prices are in any case those on the current pricelist.
Travel cancellation insurance: It does happen that things do not work out as you had expected: the booked holidays must be cancelled or you are forced into an early departure. And then your disappointment is yet overshadowed by cancellation fees or the letdown of not being able to use prepaid services (hotel bill, cosmetic treatments, massages). We would like to spare you the financial drawbacks and the personal trouble. In cooperation with the European travel insurance AG we can offer you travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance at attractive terms. Please do inform us if you require this service when booking. Please do not hesitate to ask for detailed information.

Cancellation: Cancellation of a booked room must be in written form and can only be free of charge if the room can still be given away. If your booked room is not newly booked you will be subject to a charge of 80% of your booked category.
The same applies to changed arrival and departure dates. No charges are levied for a cancellation up to 3 months before arrival. We recommend taking out insurance policy.
Room service: You are welcome to use our room service and our friendly staff will serve you breakfast to your room until 11 a.m. For this service we charge € 10,00.
Pick-up service: Whether you travel by train, bus or plane, it’s our pleasure to pick you up at the Klausen/Chiusa and
Bolzano
bus and train stations or at
Bolzano
airport. We kindly advise you to inform us on the day before arrival.
Departure: On the day of your departure, please check out until
11 a.m.
Arrival: On the day of your arrival, our romantic rooms can be checked in after 2 p.m. Please let us know in case you arrive after 10 p.m.
Babysitting: If you require a babysitter we provide reliable child-minding service throughout the day. Please book in advance (€ 10,00 per hour).
Massages / beauty treatments: Please do indicate your preferred treatments, possibly also before arrival so that we can comply with your every wish.
Smoking / Non-smoking: Since 2005 the smoking ban has been implemented in hotels and restaurants in
South Tyrol
. If you should want to smoke our hotel now disposes of a smoking lounge.
Booking: Your Ritterhof accomodation is fully booked after our written booking confirmation followed by your reconfirmation. On the day of your arrival your room is at your disposal from
2 p.m.
Please note that we cannot accept bookings for individual rooms and floors.
Wireless LAN: In the parlours and on the terrace you can log on to the internet though our wireless LAN network. Charges will be invoiced in your hotel bill.
