Nut strudel with filo pastry on chocolate sauce

Pastry:

Knead into a smooth dough by hand and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Nut filling:

Warm up the sugar and butter and stir in the remaining ingredients – leave to cool for a while.

Baking temperature for strudel: 160° C for approx. 25 minutes
