The aroma of fresh coffee pervades the hotel until 10.30 am. Fresh croissants, freshly baked rolls, a selection of hams and cheeses, healthy muesli, perfectly brewed teas, homemade jams, a friendly smile and everything the heart desires. We await you for our lavish breakfast. On Sunday additionally serve fine salmon and sparkling wine.

The Ritterhof boasts "culinary delights that are difficult to top in terms of variety and quality" anywhere in the country. Not only does this make us continue to stir our cooking pots diligently but this praise also stirs us emotionally of course.

Our talented kitchen team turns superb quality, fresh, regional products into a first-class 5-course menu for you. Fresh herbs and local ingredients unfold their full flavour in traditional delicacies from South Tyrol and other regions in Italy. Various themed evenings top off the week, for example our Ritterhof evening, the welcome aperitif, a Tyrolean evening and many more. We are also happy to meet any individual requirements and prepare dishes that are gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for people with allergies.
