Your holiday with your dog in South Tyrol

Man’s best friend

Going on holiday with their dog is a necessity for many pet-owners. The holiday destination South Tyrol is the ideal place to take your dog, because it offers a lot not only for humans but also for their pets. South Tyrol is grand for a holiday with your dog, because both the owner and their animal can relax completely – the nature here is like one big playground, where lots of adventures are awaiting you!

If you consider going on holiday with your dog to South Tyrol, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. We’d love to accommodate your four-legged friend in our hotel, and in order to accommodate both humans and their dogs in the best possible way, we need to do some beforehand-planning.

We also kindly ask you to bring your own dog basket and blanket. In the interest of all guests, animals do unfortunately not have access to the dining rooms, the garden or our spa world.

Etiquette for our fluffy guests and their owners

In order to make your holiday an absolute highlight for humans and animals, we kindly ask you to keep the following things in mind:

  • The Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi cable car is located right next to the hotel and it takes you to the natural paradise of Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi.  Up there, the day will be a pure pleasure for both, two- and four-legged guests.
  • We kindly ask you to keep your dog on the leg in busy zones outside the hotel.
  • In order to avoid unpleasant surprises for visitors of Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi, or visitors of this area in general, we kindly ask you to always collect your pet’s excrements with the help of a small bag and to dispose them at the next possible opportunity. (The Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi is part of the conservation area, so you shouldn’t leave behind any waste.)

We would be very happy if you would spend your holiday with your dog in our gourmet hotel Ritterhof!
